MEET Jonathan Jones

Jonathan Jones, a native of Carrolton, GA, is both a professional athlete and businessman. His love for sports began when he was just a 4-year-old little league ball player. His athleticism and agility did not stop there. While at Carrollton High School, Jones both ran track and played football, while earning many accolades.

With several offers to play on the collegiate level, he earned a scholarship to play football at Auburn University where he was a four-year starter. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Jones was given the opportunity to continue his dream of playing football. In 2016, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New England Patriots. Jon earned his spot on the 53-man roster, and became a two-time Super Bowl champion (SB LI and LIII) while appearing in three straight.

In January 2019, he incorporated his nonprofit, the Jonathan Jones Next Step Foundation, which focuses on the youth. On his nonprofit platform, he is involved in activities to speak and volunteer his time to share his story with middle and high school students, encouraging them to pursue their passion.
